  1. Shipping Locations

SPRKL ships Products exclusively within the United States.
We do not currently ship internationally.

  1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is automatically transmitted to our third-party fulfillment provider for processing.


Processing typically begins shortly after the order is received, which means we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the processing stage.


Order processing times may vary during:

  • Holidays

  • Sales and promotional periods

  • High-volume events

  • Unexpected delays outside our control

  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are shipped using standard domestic carriers. Delivery timelines depend on your location and shipping volume at the time of your order.


Estimated delivery timeframe:
📦 2–6 business days within the continental United States.


Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • Transit delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Your shipping address

  • The items in your order

  • Selected shipping options


For subscription orders, shipping is:

  • Paid for the first shipment


Free beginning from the second month’s shipment (as displayed during checkout)

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.


If tracking does not update or shows issues, please contact the carrier first, as they will have the most up-to-date information.

  1. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.


SPRKL is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Lost or delayed shipments due to address errors

  • Reshipment costs for orders returned as undeliverable


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you with next steps.


  1. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, SPRKL is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery to incorrect mailrooms, lockers, or drop-off points

  • Damage caused during transit


If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to the carrier directly to initiate a claim.


We will assist when possible, but carrier policies govern the outcome of such claims.


  1. Order Changes After Placement

Because orders begin processing quickly:

  • Changes to product selections

  • Changes to shipping addresses

  • Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.

  1. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability.


If so, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
