We want you to have a positive experience with every SPRKL product.
This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled for purchases made through
sprkl.store.


By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms below.

  1. 30-Day Return Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your SPRKL purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of deliveryfor a refund or replacement.


The 30-day period begins on the date your tracking shows the order as delivered.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Opened or unopened skincare products

  • Opened or unopened ingestible beauty supplements

  • Single-item purchases

  • Subscription orders (subject to subscription terms)


Returns must be sent back in their original product container(s), and all items must be shipped to the return address provided below.


We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • Multiple return claims show misuse of our policy

  • The request is outside the 30-day window

  • The product packaging is excessively damaged or missing

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return labels are not provided by SPRKL.


Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  1. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.


We cannot issue:

  • Cash refunds

  • Gift card refunds (unless purchased originally as a gift card)

  • Refunds to alternative payment methods

  1. Subscription Returns

Returning a subscription shipment does not cancel the subscription automatically.


You remain responsible for subscription charges until:

  • You follow the cancellation steps under Account → Manage Subscriptions, and

  • Any minimum commitment (such as a three-charge minimum) is met


Refunds for subscription shipments follow the same 30-day policy.

  1. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

  • Missing items


Please contact team@sprkl.store within 7 days of delivery.


To assist you quickly, be ready to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items, if applicable


SPRKL may provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Packages damaged or lost during transit must be addressed with the shipping carrier first, as they control delivery once the order leaves our warehouse.


  1. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products purchased outside sprkl.store

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Wrapped or bundled promotional items not returned in full

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

  1. How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email team@sprkl.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) to the return address below.


Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund according to this policy.

SPRKL does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

  1. Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if we identify:

  • Excessive refunds

  • Patterns of misuse

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity


SPRKL may, at its discretion, refuse service or close accounts associated with abuse.
