In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, and app distribution platforms' policies, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a voluntary refund provided that you contact us via email team@sprkl.store and comply with the conditions provided below.

Please note that to refund any purchases made at the App Store distributed app the user has to file a request to the App Store and the refund will be issued by App Store policies.

Return and refund procedure

30-days money back guarantee. If you aren't 100% happy with your product, you can return it within our 30 days trial window for a full refund. This guarantee is limited to one (1) unit per customer and may not be used more than once.

Don't worry if you've already started using the product; we want you to actually try it! If it's not the right fit for your skin, returns are completely free, except for the shipping fees.

To initiate a refund, simply send a brief email to team@sprkl.store. Your message must include: your full name, the email address used to place the order, and the corresponding order number.

To avoid delays or complications, please contact us before returning any products. Items sent back without prior notice may be hard to identify, which could lead to delays or make the refund ineligible. Also, returns sent to an incorrect address without consulting us first are not our responsibility and may not be refunded or resent.

You may return either all products from your order or some of them. If the return is partial, we will issue a partial refund for the items returned.
